Overnight Forest Retreats
Taste a traditional Lao forest-style retreat in our secluded meditation grounds. Experience the stillness of nature as you deepen your practice under the guidance of our resident monks.
Our retreats follow the daily schedule of a Theravada monastery, with morning and evening chanting, walking and sitting meditation periods, and Dhamma talks. Simple accommodations and vegetarian meals are provided.
